Gas prices!!

I am getting tired of dropping $75.00 to fill up my truck! I drive a 2003 Ford Ranger, which gets decent mileage ( 18 town- 22 highway). But I am having to budget roughly $200 for gas for a month!! I swear the gas companies "Say" they are not making a profit but I disagree with them!!
